SEASON PASS/ TICKET ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking a full-time, seasonal position as the Season Pass/ Ticket Assistant Supervisor.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assuring quality service to all mountain guests by training and managing qualified employees in the season pass/ ticket department, overseeing daily operations of the season pass/ticket office, procedures, and monitoring staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, overseeing opening and closing of the office.  Requirements are a high school diploma, experience with cash and cash receipts, good computer and telecommunication skills. Resort/ hospitality experience preferred.  Must be available to work weekends and holidays.  Must demonstrate strong communication, leadership skills. TICKET SELLERS

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal ticket sellers at the Base Area for the upcoming winter season.  Responsibilities include: selling lift tickets and season passes; answering guest questions accurately and courteously; maintaining up to date knowledge of resort information. Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking part-time, seasonal valet and parking attendants for the 2018-2019 winter season.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: parking and retrieving guests’ cars throughout the day; directing traffic; staging for groups.  Requirements include: Valid driver’s license and good driving record. RENTAL TECHNICIAN

RENTAL CASHIER

 Content Coordinator

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking a full-time, seasonal Content Coordinator. The Content Coordinator is responsible for crafting engaging content for Waterville Valley’s social media channels and writing the daily snow report for waterville.com. The ideal candidate should live and breathe skiing and riding, be a great storyteller, and have excellent writing, photography, and videography skills. The Content Coordinator produces and delivers content to the resort’s social media channels, writes the daily snow report, and contributes to other marketing projects as needed. The Content Coordinator must ski or snowboard at an advanced level and be comfortable gathering photo and video content in all snow and weather conditions on all types of terrain. A full job description is available upon request. Housekeeper

Laundry Room Attendant

Waterville Valley Resort, New Hampshire’s Family Resort, is seeking a part-time laundry attendant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: sorting, washing, drying, folding and stocking all linens for the resort. Front Desk Agent

Waterville Valley Resort’s Lodging Department is seeking a part-time, year-round Front Desk Agent to provide assistance to resort guests by answering phones, making reservations and performing check-in and checkout procedures as well as other customer service related tasks.  Provide accurate information to guests by maintaining current information of all lodging prices and operations.  Respond to inquiries concerning accommodations and resort services as well as resolving guest issues.   Must possess strong customer relations, telecommunications, and computer skills. Reservations & Guest Service Supervisor

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking a full-time, year-round Reservations & Guest Service Supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training and leading the front desk staff and central reservations staff. The supervisor must maintain a high level of guest service and assist with choosing the right lodging/accommodations. Other duties include but are not limited to: maintaining the reservations system; correspond with housekeeping and maintenance for any lodging needs; run necessary reports from the reservations system; collect and maintain relevant departmental data such as occupancy; manage and verify daily department accounting; assist with group sales/weddings in supervising some group lodging block placement and fulfillment. Job qualifications include: strong communication and computer skills; ability to maintain a flexible schedule, to include holidays and weekends; must be able to interact well with guests. Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time kitchen and dining room attendant (or do we use ‘prep cook’) at the Silver Fox Inn.  Employee will heat and set out breakfast buffet for hotel guests; prepare breakfast casseroles; monitor food service area for cleanliness; clean dishware and prep stations; mop floors; take out trash and recycling; keep kitchen and dining room equipment cleaned on a regular basis.  Employee will coordinate food orders as needed.  The right candidate enjoys engaging with guests.  Shift is typically 6am to 11am and may be up to 5 days per week.  Requirements are high school diploma, ability to contribute to team effort, ability to follow directions and work without constant supervision, good skills in food handling and preparation.  Training provided to the right kitchen-oriented candidate.  Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. Waterville Valley Resort is looking for Terrain Park Staff for our 2019-2020 winter season. The right individuals will be able to withstand cold temperatures all day while building and maintaining our features in the terrain park. Knowledge of hand tools, heavy equipment and welding a plus. Park staff open and close the parks daily, and pay close attention for risks or hazards at all times. Must ski or ride proficiently. Must be guest oriented and work well as a team. High School Diploma required. Building & Ground Maintenance - Town Square

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time or full-time building and grounds maintenance person.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assist with maintenance of grounds, interior and exterior of buildings at Town Square and other managed properties such as Snow Star Inn and other areas of resort; participate in cleanliness of facilities and grounds, assure safety and comfort of guests through proper upkeep, maintenance and light-duty repair, installation and removal of structures, surfaces, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and other similar items.  Requirements include being able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.  Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating a plus.  Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
