Ticket Sellers

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal ticket sellers at the Base Area for the upcoming winter season.  Responsibilities include: selling lift tickets and season passes; answering guest questions accurately and courteously; maintaining up to date knowledge of resort information. Requirements include excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others; able to work weekends and holidays.  Must be customer service oriented and able to handle high volume transactions in a friendly and efficient manner. Certified Snowsports Instructors

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal certified ski and snowboard instructors.  Responsibilities:  provide instruction for students of all ability levels and age groups.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays, and able to work outside in all weather conditions.  Must have PSIA certification and be willing to participate in on-going training throughout the season.  Waterville Valley Resort is an “at will” equal opportunity employer. Children's Instructors

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal children’s ski and snowboard instructors.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: instructing students to ski or snowboard in the Mogul Mites, Explorers, Scouts, and Junior Seasonal programs. Rental Cashier

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking cashiers to work in our Ski and Snowboard Rental Shop for the 2018 – 2019 season.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: renting skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and poles; cash handling; accurately balancing all transactions; assist with issuing of ski and snowboard equipment to guests according to technical specifications; collecting equipment from guests at the end of the day; offering information and answering questions regarding rates, packages, lifts, and lessons. Requirements: be customer service oriented, and able to handle high volume transactions in a friendly and efficient manner. Rental Technician

Lodging

Kitchen/Dining Room Attendant

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time kitchen/dining room attendant at the Silver Fox Inn.  Employee will heat and set out breakfast buffet for hotel guests; prepare breakfast casseroles; monitor food service area for cleanliness; clean dishware and prep stations; mop floors; take out trash and recycling; keep kitchen and dining room equipment cleaned on a regular basis.  Employee will coordinate food orders as needed.  The right candidate enjoys engaging with guests.  Shift is typically 6am to 11am and may be up to 5 days per week.  Requirements are high school diploma, ability to contribute to team effort, ability to follow directions and work without constant supervision, good skills in food handling and preparation.  Training provided to the right kitchen-oriented candidate.  Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. Housekeeper

Laundry Room Attendant

Waterville Valley Resort, New Hampshire’s Family Resort, is seeking a part-time laundry attendant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: sorting, washing, drying, folding and stocking all linens for the resort. Snowmaking

Vehicle & Equipment Mechanic

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a full-time, year-round vehicle and equipment mechanic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing vehicle maintenance services by inspecting, maintaining and repairing all vehicles and equipment assigned to vehicle maintenance department, including but not limited to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, bulldozers, loaders, trucks, buses, backhoes and other heavy equipment, and all component parts. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate notes and records of inspections and maintenance of all vehicles. One to three years of mechanic experience preferred. Lift Operator

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal lift operators for the 2018 – 2019 winter season.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring chair lifts for safety; helping anyone needing assistance getting on/off lift; participating in opening and closing of lift operations; checking for valid tickets; conducting inspections and test procedures; and preparing daily reports.  Requirements are: high school diploma, ability to stay alert, ability to respond quickly to safety concerns and excellent communication skills.  Must have ability to shovel snow and ice, and to endure standing for long periods of time on snow surfaces in variable weather conditions.  Must be a team player.  Waterville Valley Resort is an “at will” equal opportunity employer. Building & Ground Maintenance - Town Square

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time or full-time building and grounds maintenance person.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assist with maintenance of grounds, interior and exterior of buildings at Town Square and other managed properties such as Snow Star Inn and other areas of resort; participate in cleanliness of facilities and grounds, assure safety and comfort of guests through proper upkeep, maintenance and light-duty repair, installation and removal of structures, surfaces, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and other similar items.  Requirements include being able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.  Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating a plus.  Good communication skills and ability to work well with others. Building Custodial
